I started using a smaller pad with this session. 14x17 is an enticing sized paper. It begs to be drawn on.  Along with this new size, I started focusing on tighter drawings. I felt my more toned style had run aground, and I was hoping that going to a simpler but more concise pencil drawing might help me fill in some more gaps. The results of that experiment will be more apparent in the coming posts.
